Pay Attention to the Details of the Job Description
During your job search, it is important to pay attention to the specific details of the job description. In most cases, an employment contract will outline your duties if you are hired. If you feel the job description doesn’t reflect what you expected, talk to the hiring manager or HR department. An employment contract will generally include four basic details. They are: (a) the name of the company; (b) the hours and days of work; and (c) how much you will be paid.
