Currently, the House of Commons and Lords Parliamentary Papers are published together, and the combined publication provides a detailed portrait of the UK Parliament during the pivotal nineteenth century. They contain previously unpublished material on a broad range of subjects. Though separate from the Commons, the House of Lords nevertheless had considerable power, and the lordsofpapers offer an invaluable insight into the history of the UK Parliament.
