If you want to use a mat with your artwork, you should select one that can resist water and humidity.

Effective board management is important for the effectiveness of the board. Board papers should be written in such a way that they highlight key issues and are easily understood by all board members. Additionally, board papers should be provided in advance so that directors can prepare themselves for discussions or request clarification on ambiguous items. This will save valuable time and energy at board meetings. The more time the board members have to read the board papers, the better decision-making outcomes will be.
